Tasting Notes:

Nose; Sweet and slightly tart orchard fruit. Think Fuji apple. There is plenty of vanilla bean that comes through with slight floral notes.

Mouthfeel is thick but not syrupy. Beautiful punch from the proof but not overwhelming.

Palate. Beautifully sweet with herbal notes of black tea with cane sugar. There’s a balanced sweet and sour umami earthy note that moves in but not a sweet and sour candy, more savory like a sauce.

Finish: Medium length of sweet cinnamon, confectioner’s sugar and pastry which makes you want to go back for more. Think of an apple cider donut. This is a perfect one for the fall season and Halloween! Cheers!
