- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Rich nose, creamy and sweet with nougat, cream soda, honey, baking spice, a hint of cocoa and big, rich, vanilla. The palate is moderate with a pop of pepper, ginger, brown sugar, heavy maple, toffee and a touch of waffle cone. Moderate oak, well placed, but not a "dry" pour in terms of tannin and structure. Long finish, gorgeous and full of vanilla, nougat, waffle cone, a kiss of root beer and a streak of plum, cherry, orange and sweet oak. Delicious.
