The nose opens with a mix of bright citrus and dark berries, layered with maple syrup and crushed pecans. A touch of clove and baking spice lingers quietly beneath, more subtle than expected given the extra high rye  mashbill. Anchoring it all is a solid note of dense oak that keeps the sweetness in check.

On the palate, a rich, oily texture carries forward the fruit, berries and orange peel, alongside custard, maple, and restrained spice. The finish stretches out with rolling waves of flavor, starting sweet before settling back into that dense oak and rye spice, leaving a well-balanced and lasting impression.
