  • T8KE's Tasting Notes: Big brown butter, caramel candies and classic baking spice: cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper. The nose is lovely and rich, a touch of waffle cone and fresh baked cookies. Palate is viscous, complex but not as fiery/oaky with caramels, toffee, apple butter, a light bit of cream soda and cola, cinnamon and vanilla bean. Long finish, oakier here with lovely brown sugar, butterscotch and oak. In this heat, it's a whiskey sour dream.
