- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Crisp on the nose, rainwater, peach, cracked pepper, faint honey sweetness and a hint of cracked slate pops on the nose. Fresh and vibrant, dangerously drinkable. Moderate mouthfeel, spritely and clean on the palate with pleasant mineralogy, honey, light vanilla, a hint of apple and citrus zest and a long, lively finish.
