It’s not overly sweet. Instead, the rum and oak influence from the secondary cask adds depth and richness, balancing the sweetness and letting all those flavors glide and dance across your palate.
This bottle puts an instant smile on my face as I sip it. It’s even better now than when we first selected it. Time has been incredibly generous to this barrel!
