Nose: Out of the gate, you're hit with sweet and savory notes, like a backyard summer barbecue paired with a confectionery, a wild way to kick-start your sipping journey that comes in like the opening riff of You Really Got Me.

Palate: On the palate, a hint of citrus leads into chocolate-covered cherries, a result of the Pursuit Sweet Stave and, obviously, the infamous VH classic cut Ice Cream Man. Then, things conclude with an Eruption of Eddie-like tapping notes of caramel nut clusters, burnt sugar, vanilla bean, and sweet, toasted oak.

Finish: The finish is bold, chewy, lingering, and, like hearing the last notes being played of Panama at a sold-out arena, that leaves you wanting more and calling for an encore.
