Our Limited Releases are a marriage of some of the best barrels we have encountered in our journeys through the rickhouses of America - a combination of flavor profiles that achieves greater complexity, depth and flavor together than on their own. Tapping into our renowned access to the best barrels, vetted by the strictest criteria, with experience in combining flavors, we are proud to go beyond the barrel with this limited release.

T8ke's Tasting Notes: This batch is the best of the three I've had the privilege to try. Batch 01 was a bit flat and hot, batch 2 a bit dry and peppery, Batch 3, while it does lose the "KY only" labeling, is the most balanced so far. Big sweetness on the nose: gingerbread, cocoa, waffle cone, batter and butter, caramels and toffee. The palate is rich, loses the sharp heat I experienced in 01 and presents with a sticky, viscous mouthfeel, nice complexity on the palate with loads of caramels and root beer, hint of fruit and berries; ginger; cracked pepper and tobacco. Long finish - nicely done here with more oak showing and balancing the sweetness. Really nicely put together.
