- T8KE's Tasting Notes: Rich toffee and caramel pops on the nose: creme brulee, nougat, big vanilla bean, some caramelized sugars pop. Lovely creaminess on the palate: viscous, layered, sticky toffee-esque. The rye spice jumps here with notes like candied orange, more vanilla bean, some candied ginger and big toffee and cinnamon notes. Long finish, rich and layered again with oak, butter cream, vanilla cream, brown butter and molasses and a pop of cinnamon again.
