This barrel continues that trend with another show stopper from Pablo and his team. This whiskey is perfect for the celebrating these last days of summer. This bottle has a nose full of vanilla custard and caramel leading into a palate with brown sugar, toffee, and baking spice. The finish is toasted marshmallow and baking spice and goes on for rediculously long time!! This drinks much lower than the 121 proof and is one of the better picks this year I have had on a rock.
