  • Tasting Notes: Funk free and loaded with Barbados character, this rum is a combination of decadent sweetness and pleasant oak. Pancake syrup, sweet oak, hefty baking spice and brown butter greet the nose. The pallet is pleasant and viscous, leans dessert heavy with baking spice, brown butter, a touch of banana, brown sugar, mango and apple butter combined with cinnamon and nutmeg. Long finish, decadent and sweet once more.
