Last fall, The Bourbon Judge and a team of patrons embarked on an exciting journey to Norcross, GA, with a mission to select an extraordinary barrel for their community. • Nose: Sweet, yet there is quite a bit of a peppery spice; it also has a subtle hint of that childhood cereal, honey nut cheerios
  
• Palate: This is a well balanced pour, the honey doesn't dominate the bourbon, it compliments it.  The beginning and mid palate is a fine line of sweetness followed by that spice.
  
• Finish: This pour is seriously dangerous.  One of the best honey finished bourbons I've ever had.  It's one that will keep you coming back for another and another.
