Nose:
•Immediately a beautiful ballance of sweet vanilla & spice
• Rye notes begin to jump out of the glass
•quickly a tropical or fresh banana note appears maybe a juicy fruit gum.
•caramel, and sweet oak enter along with some black pepper or slight chili pepper vibe.
•incredible nose

Palate
• First thought is an incredible textured whiskey
•Rye and vanilla bean spice notes hit Immediately with the tropical fruit or banana quickly following, not overshadowing the Rye, rather enhancing and ballancing it.
•then the spicy honey and caramelized brown sugar
• hint of black pepper and as the finish sets in some mint chocolate.
•think slight leather or tobacco with a touch of dryness but sweet really balances this one.

Overall, allow this whiskey some time to open up in the glass, your patience will be rewarded.
