- T8KE's Tasting Notes: A big rye meets floral honey with big spice, nice structure and notes of orange peel, honey, molasses and toffee with a hint of vanilla and citrus zest. The honey on this rye is gorgeous: floral and bright, complex vs thick and heavy sweet. The palate is viscous and layered, gorgeous silky texture, more oak than you'd expect and a profile of orange peel, candied ginger, toffee, vanilla bean and honey sweetness on the back palate. Long finish, oak and spice driven with untertones of floral honey through and through.
