Terroir Summary: The Ica region is one of the most iconic pisco producing regions in Peru. It is located 40km inland and is characterized by a desertic climate with a high temperature differential between days and nights. This results in grapes with very high sugar concentrations, allowing the development of full-bodied piscos with higher alcoholic percentages.
