T8KE's Tasting Notes: Rich and sweet, this release is full of pancake syrup, toffee, vanilla bean, rich maple and a balancing baking spice. The palate is medium full, less oak here and more dessert - it’s a sweet, complex dessert pour. There’s no tannic bite, instead lots of brown butter, warm syrupy, pancakes and french toast, toffee and baking spice: cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper. Long finish, decadent and delightful.
