• T8KE's Tasting Notes: Nose is dense and full of cola, cream soda, cherry coke. blackberry reduction, orange marmalade, brown sugar and creme brulee. It just explodes from the glass. The palate is dense and fudge-y. Dates, stewed fruits, fig and sticky toffee pudding meets cola, cherry coke, gobs of vanilla bean, caramelized sugar and heavy oak. Long finish, absolute crusher. Brown butter, baked apples, cinnamon, black pepper, and a final hit of stewed fruits, cherry and dates packs in the decadent, savory, sweet dessert character.
