- T8KE's Tasting Notes: A step up in decadence: waffle cone meets graham crackers, sweet butterscotch, decadent stewed fruits and a touch of fig and big caramel, black pepper, apple butter and rich caramelized sugars. The palate is viscous and layered, chewy and balanced: oak leads with caramels, french vanilla, spice, more graham cracker and a lovely wheat sweetness. Long finish, balanced and rich: no wheat funk here with tons of pie crust, caramel candies, butterscotch and well developed oak.
