A nod to Dokken and late-night horror soundtracks of the 80s, this 10-year beauty could tame both Freddy Krueger and George Lynch!

Nose:

Like the 8-year, vanilla bean and sweet oak greet you up front, but quickly give way to cigar box and leather. There's a faint spice note and a touch of old wood that gives it weight. This nose is a wild, sophisticated ride even before you take a sip!

Palate:

Drinks bigger than it should be in all the right ways. The sweetness is there; crème brûlée and soft oak, but it's layered with tobacco, white pepper, and a darker, almond note that plays perfectly with the dessert notes. Not as tannic as "Back for More", but more balanced and elegant.

Finish:

Long, mouth-coating, and just enough tannins to bring you back for another sip. Oak, pepper, and a hint of smoke linger, with a dry, slightly warming fade.

If there were such a thing as a sophisticated rock star, this would be it!
