  • T8KE's Tasting Notes:  
    • Nose: Big nose that's full of creamy vanilla, flan, apricot and lovely orange peel, caramel candies and caramelized sugars. 
    • Taste: Silky palate, lovely oak and layers and layers of dessert with underpinnings of cola, creme brulee, flan, and more of that candied apricot note I really don't see that often. 
    • Finish: Long finish, layered and developed. More oak here, loaded with creamy sweetness, decadent caramels, butter cream and whipped icing. Silky, velvety, loaded with dessert and icing. 
    • Overall: Dread no more.
