Like the killer Ratt track, "We're Back...Back for More", and like every trip to Middleburg, this one doesn't disappoint!

Nose:

Out of the gates, you are greeted by oak spice and vanilla bean, but there's more going on underneath. A little dusty rickhouse funk, usually reserved for a much older barrel, and some toasted graham cracker give it plenty of edge to keep it from getting soft.

Palate:

That creamy sweetness shows up early, think of an Easter crème egg and a splash of spicy crème soda. The following oak spice brings grip, followed by big but balanced tannins. There's solid barrel influence, burnt sugar, and toasted caramel notes that keep everything in check.

Finish:

Crazy oily, long, thick, and viscous. It's got a beautiful sweetness that never loses balance thanks to the perfect blend of oak and tannins. It doesn't fade quietly; it hangs around like a Stephen Pearcy chorus you didn't want to end!
