- T8KE's Tasting Notes: Fat funky nose loaded with deep cinnamon, apple skins, pears, peaches and toffee. Rich on the palate, it's syrupy and dense with this buttery sort of texture: heavy brown butter and maple, less cinnamon than the nose with deep oak, heavy vanilla and caramelized sugar and a developing pepper character. Long cola finish that sacrifices bite for beauty: syrupy and oak driven with stewed peaches, blackberry and strawberries and cream. The swamp's created a monster.
