- T8KE's Tasting Notes: It's the Kelvin bruiser everyone loves - cherry cola, huge toffee and baking spice with rich root beer, creamy caramels and vanilla and colossal oak. Palate is dense and rich, accentuating the cherry and cola with a prickle of spice, lovely texture and gobs of sticky toffee, barrel char and a hint of cocoa. Long finish, cherry cola returns for a final swing with blackberry and currant reduction, toffee, buttercream, strong oak and a lovely red fruit departure. Big time.
